Hey Boss 👋

As you may or may not know, you can set up email and SMS reminder notifications, for each appointment and package that you create. To learn more about that here.

One exciting new feature that you can now benefit from is the ability to manually email your client a reminder.

Let's say you had set up reminder notifications, according the instructions in the linked article above, but have decided you want to send out an additional reminder email. Well now you can manually email a client through the BLAB system.

Or follow these steps 📋

  1. From your dashboard, find the Manage section, and the click on Bookings.

  2. Select the booking client that you would like to send a message to by clicking on the eye icon.

  3. You will see the button for Send Reminder, click and confirm. If you have several bookings per service, you may choose who to send the reminder to.

  4. That's it! Your reminder email will be sent out to all email addresses you have included in booking email notifications for that appointment.
