As you may or may not know, you can set up email and SMS reminder notifications, for each appointment and package that you create. To learn more about that click HERE.
One exciting new feature that you can now benefit from is the ability to manually email your client a reminder.
Let's say you had set up reminder notifications, according the instructions in the linked article above, but have decided you want to send out an additional reminder email. Well now you can manually email a client through the BLAB system.
Follow these steps:
Click on the Bookings tab on your Dashboard
Select the booking client that you would like to send a message to
You will see the button for Send Reminder, click and confirm
That's it! Your reminder email will be sent out to all email addresses you have included in booking email notifications for that appointment.
