By default, SMS reminders and notifications are not automated, but you can automated them to be sent with each of your bookings.

To set up your SMS reminder notifications and email notifications, click on the bell widget at the top of your Appointment or Service's settings:

Then click on ADD and set up the reminder notifications per your specifications.

When you're finished, hit Save and you're all set!
