Why aren't my clients receiving Zoom links?

Find out how to make sure your emails include Zoom links

If you are wondering why your clients may not be receiving the Zoom meeting links in their confirmation emails- make sure to check the following items.

1) Make sure that you integrated your Zoom account under the Integrations tab.

2) When editing your appointment or service, scroll to the bottom of your settings and make sure 'Zoom' is selected under Meeting Location:

Now your clients will receive a unique meeting link in their confirmation and reminder emails!
