If you would like your clients to include a file on their booking form you can request that on the booking form

Click on the Custom Fields icon when editing your Appointment/Service.

Click Add to add new type of custom question.

Then select File Upload from the drop-down menu.

You can add descriptive text such as "Please upload file/image"

Make sure to Save.

You are all set!
