How do I customize email and SMS reminders and confirmations?

Need to send a special note when clients book with you? Skip the robot-like message and customize them.

Hey Boss 👋

Did you know you could spice up your booking page by setting customized messages for your clients? The communications that happen after a booking are just as important as what happens before. Learn how to modify the text your clients see when they book with you and after.

Just one thing: notice that there are two ways of customizing your settings, the first one is at a global level (meaning it affects all your appointments, products, services, and events) and the second one is a per-service setting (overwrites your global settings for one specific package).

Let us take you through the process 👇

Customize your global settings 🌐

  1. From your Dashboard, on the left side find Page Settings and then Text, Colors, Fonts

  2. Next, you'll see the customization page, just click on Email Messages to unfold the options

  3. Use the editor to modify and personalize the messages that are sent to your clients. Changes will be automatically saved.

Customize the text on individual packages 💬

  1. From your Dashboard, go to Booking Pages, then Appointments, Products & Services, or Events according to the package you'd like to change.

  2. Select the package you'd like to customize and enter the editing mode, here you'll see a menu in the upper part, click on the envelope icon

  3. A pop-up window will appear where you'll be able to modify your Confirmation, Rescheduled, Reminder, Canceled, and Pending messages

SMS messages 📲

These messages are not yet customizable and are only sent for Reminders, not booking confirmations or cancellations, and so forth. You can set them up by clicking on the bell icon on the top menu of your package.

The SMS that you and or your customer will receive will look like the following image sent prior to the appointment as per the settings you entered in the reminder modal window.
