You sure can! Add custom fields requesting information from your customers at the time of making their bookings.

Hey Boss 👋

For all Appointments, Services & Products the default fields that appear are Full Name, and Email Address.

Need more info about your customers other than the default fields?

If you'd like to request additional information from your users/customers on your booking we added the ability to add specific fields like:

  • Phone number fields.

  • Checkboxes (which are great for agreeing to terms and conditions or GDPR).

  • File upload,

  • URLs and more.

Let me show you how 😎

Or read below for the instructions 👀

  1. From your personal dashboard, click on Booking pages

  2. Navigate to the Appointment, Service, or Product that you'd like to add the custom field and click on the three dots symbol ( ... ) to edit the card.

  3. Find the Custom fields icon in the upper menu (see the picture below for reference)

  4. From there you can directly add as many specific questions to your client as you prefer.

Bonus: You can also make the fields Required or not, depending on your service's needs.
