If you would like to gather specific info from your clients to help you better serve them you can add custom fields to your booking form.
How to add custom fields 🤔
Go to the product/service/event settings where you want to add custom fields.
Once you're in the general settings page, select Custom Fields in the left sidebar menu. You can add as much questions as you'd like.
When clients select a date and time to meet with you, the booking form will appear on their screens and will include the questions you have added.
You can add different questions for different services you offer, depending on your needs.
