Coupon Codes are an awesome way to keep your clients happy, offer cool deals and present yourself as an Awesome Boss Business!
Use Coupon Codes to provide customers with an incentive to buy. One of the most useful things about promotional codes is that they work well with both new and returning customers.
You can set one up following these steps 💪
To add a Coupon Code, find Settings from the top menu and select Coupons from the drop-down.
Click on + New Coupon
Now it's time to set up your Coupon. Give it a name. You can have an internal name (one that you refer to) and the actual name that you share with your clients.
Adjust the settings to either be a set amount off or a percentage amount off your clients' purchase, then enter the discount amount, then click Save.
You will be redirected to the general settings page. Here, you can enter the start date and end date (this will indicate the time frame for when your coupon code is valid).
You can also select which product/service the coupon will be applicable for.
If you'd like to limit the coupon code usage, for example, if you only want the code to be used on clients who are spending more than 75 dollars or if you want to only allow the code to be submitted 100 times, you can set that up as well.
Make sure to have the Active check-box is ticked and click Save. The coupon, with the settings you have set, is now active.
When your clients fill in their booking forms they will be asked if they have a promotional code. When they enter a valid code they will automatically get the discount that you have set up.
