Hey Boss 👋

You can absolutely edit the booking information for an order.


Here's what you can edit:

  • Client Name

  • Client Email

  • Phone for SMS Reminders

Next, we'll walk you through how to make edits to the booking info.

  1. Select Bookings from the top navigation bar, then click Orders.

  2. Once you're in the orders page, click the eye or clock icon of the order you want to edit.

  3. You can now edit the customer information that you want to change.

    Also, if you'd need to edit something else in an emergency situation like this you can make a request and we'd do it for you.
