Sometimes Bosses want to have multiple people book their time for the same time slot. This can be helpful if you are offering a weekly cooking class/coaching session or other service that happens throughout the week. You want to make the time slots available to more than one person.

Very, very easily. Within the settings for that service all you need to do to ensure that it is a group booking and not an individual booking, is to set the Max Participant setting number to the amount of participants you would be willing to have at each booking.

If you leave the number at one, the slot will appear unavailable to clients. If you set the max number to a higher number—time slots will appear available on your booking calendar until you have reached your max number.
