That's why we offer the ability for you to integrate with your Zoom account and have new meeting IDs created for each booking you receive.
How to set up your permanent Zoom link 😎
Get your Zoom integration code from your Zoom account settings.
While logged into your Book Like A Boss admin panel, click on Settings from the top navigation bar, then select Customization.
Once you're in the customization page, select Email Messages from the left sidebar menu.
Under Email Messages, add your permanent link to your Confirmation Email and Reminder Email message boxes.
Disable Appointment/Service Location and Modify Success Message Text ✅
Next, you'll want to add the Zoom link to the Success Message text that your client receives after placing a booking.
Navigate Booking Pages from the top menu, then to Appointment/Service, click on the three dot icon, then Edit on the appointment or service you want to modify.
Scroll down until you find 'Meeting Location' then select None.
In the Success Message box, insert your permanent Zoom link
Voila, you're all set.
