Hey Boss 👋

You absolutely can offer Coupons and Gift Cards to your client, customers, their dogs, and whoever else you might wish to bestow a sweet discount or gift upon.

But, there is a caveat.

We do offer Coupons as you'd expect, but we don't offer "Gift Cards" in the traditional sense. However, you can effectively create Gift Cards by combining a paid digital Product with a Coupon.

How to create a Gift Card using Coupons 🎁

First, you'll want to create a new Digital Product:

  1. Navigate to Booking Pages from your top navigation bar, select Products and Services.

  2. Click + New Service.

  3. Select Digital Product as the type of your Product/Service and title it "Gift Card" or whatever name you might prefer. You can also add more details like a description, price, etc.

  4. Once you're done, hit Save.

Now create your Coupon Code 💰

Next, you'll create a unique Coupon Code that you send to your customer who buys your gift card:

  1. From your top navigation bar, click Other Settings, then select Coupons from the dropdown.

  2. Create a new Coupon Code and title it "Gift Card" or use whichever name you'd prefer.

  3. Set the maximum number of uses to '1' so that it can't be shared. Don't forget to hit Save.

  4. Email the unique coupon code to your customer whenever they purchase your Gift Card product you set up earlier.

Voila! You're all set. You've now got Gift Cards set up for your business and shiny coupon codes to go along with them.
