Sometimes you need some extra information before your attendee shows up for your call, but it's a bummer when you list out each question in your booking form just to have your attendee skip it, leaving you without the juicy details you need 🤦‍♀️

Thankfully, each of the custom fields in your booking form can be set to 'Required', requiring your attendee to complete the question before placing their booking.

To require attendees to answer or fill out your custom fields, just tick the 'Required' box.

Note: To give your attendee the freedom to skip or not fill out a field, simply leave the 'Required' box unchecked.

If later you wish to give attendees the option to skip filling out a Required field, just return to the field in your booking form settings and untick the 'Required' box.
