  1. First of all, from your Book Like A Boss app Dashboard go to Appointments, located in the top menu

  2. In this section, click on New Appointment

  3. Fill in the basic info regarding this appointment, such as title, description, and duration. Hit Save

  4. In this next screen, you can customize your appointment even further, and do things like:

    1. Set up different durations

    2. Change the padding between meetings

    3. Allow guests

    4. Limit the amount of bookings per day, and more

  5. Add Custom fields as needed, we offer options so that clients can easily enter all kinds of information you might need such as: phone number, dates, file upload, checkboxes and of course, text fields.

  6. You can also customize the Schedule in which you can be booked if you prefer to set something different than your Global Settings. Just turn off the switch and add your preferred working hours.

  7. Set up to 5 email or SMS Reminders for you and your customers before the booking so nothing goes missing

  8. Lastly, we suggest you use our Followups feature as a marketing tool and send extra information after the meeting which will improve the customer experience and possibly get you a new meeting!

Setting your Appointments Widget ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿ’ป

Now that you've set everything up, it's time to add the widget to your Duda website.

  1. Go to Widgets from the top menu, then Add Widget

  2. Name your Widget, set your preferred color and font, and hit save

  3. Now go back to your website editor, look for the Book Like A Boss widget

  4. Drag the widget to an empty column of your choice.

  5. Start getting booked!
