Our Company plan has allowed Round Robin capabilities, so that multiple team members can be linked to services and would be booked if their booking calendars were available.
Our latest update ( November 2021) now allows your clients to select a specific team member that they would like to book, rather than have the platform randomly select based on availability.
To do so:
-Open your Company admin panel
-Open the service to which you would like to add this option
-Check the checkbox that says "Customer can can select team members"
This also works if you would like clients to choose from multiple locations.
You can also edit the text for the drop down menus for these options.
