You don't think we'd let you down, do you? We're here to solve your problems, not impose restrictions! Of course our Company Plan offers Round Robin booking capabilities. We want to make it easier than ever to distribute work evenly among all your team members.

To set this up all you need to do is the following

  1. Login to your Book Like A Boss and make sure you're interacting as the admin of the team (you should see your company name on the panel, if not click on the arrow to display the options, refer to the image for reference)

  2. Set up an Appointment, Service, or Product, or edit one of your existing packages

  3. Click on the Group widget at the top of your package settings

  4. Add the team members who you wish to be available for bookings for that service and hit Save.

  5. Please note that a team member must have default availability hours for that booking.

You're ready to go! The system will randomly select from all team members who have been added to that appointment/service and who have availability during the booking time.
