How to start to set up your Teams Plan

Hey Boss 👋

The Teams plan is very similar to the single-user plans (Espresso, Mocha, Cappuccino, Latte). The backend will look the same, but the main difference is that the primary admin who is setting up the teams account will have a drop-down menu where they can manage users. This is where you should start when you are setting up your teams plan.

How to manage users 💻

  1. Click on the profile photo, then select Manage Users.

  2. On the next page, enter the email address of the team member you’d like to add, then click on Send Invite.

Once you send the invitations, they will receive emails and can begin to set up their own pages, with Products and Services. Their billing will be linked to the main account as well as the Zoom integration.

They can customize their pages but will not be able to have a custom domain. The URL main string will be your book.us/TeamName/teammember.
